M.
Have you ever seen a headline shorter than this one? Headlines are supposed to be short... but this short? Headlines are sup-posed to make people curious... Are you curious now? Keep on reading!

What is the meaning of M.? As I am a Munich citizen of course I will think about my hometown. The computer freak may connect it to "Megas". What kind of connection do you make with M?

Met.
Another short headline! Will I talk about the Metropolitan Opera? Far away from the right guess!
Metro.
We are slowly heading for the solution, but what does the Paris underground have to do with it?
Metroline.
We will put some light into the darkness here. This edition of aluNEWS is all about our Metroline profile! Never heard of it before? In this case you definitely should go on reading, if you want to make sure not to miss a good thing!

And, if you happen to be working with Metroline already, it cannot do any harm to continue reading.

What does Metroline look like?
Basically it is a tube-shaped profile. It is fully compatible with our octagonal profiles, which means that you can create a new look with every octagonal stand by adding Metroline. We think, in all modesty, this is a very customer-oriented gesture of ours!

Which cross-sections are available? As a picture can say more than a thousand words, why don't you have a look at the drawings below. You will realise that Metroline is the consequent and logical continuation of the octagonal. It is almost as flexible, but much more elegant from an aesthetic point of view.

What makes Metroline even more interesting is the fact that there are not only posts and rails, but also other components like pillars and girders. These preassembled modules will enormously shorten the time you need for setting up your exhibit.

In addition to the above, Metroline offers you a variety of showcases, panels, bulletin boards, brochure stands and other accessories - simply everything you need for giving that special touch to your exhibition stand.

What will you get out of Metroline?
Very attractive exhibition stands! The two drawings on the left will show you that even a small booth of only 40 m2 can be very attractive with the right design of Metroline profiles.

The first design shows you the "grid ceiling" which was en vogue a while ago, but which now is regarded as an out-dated solution by many customers. This stand does not really invite anybody to come in. And even though we do have the concept of a corner stand here, we have the impression that somebody built a hiding place where he wants to withdraw and would like to be left in peace. Just like as if someone had put out a sign saying "do not disturb", which for sure is not the purpose of an exhibition stand.

If we have a look at the second drawing, the picture changes immediately. The visitor will have impression that he is dealing with an innovative company. Inspite of the massive construction of the pillars and girders the stand will appear airy and spacious. People will injoy entering the stand because it will not fence you in or make you feel claustrophobic. So, if you offer the perfect catering on top of this, nothing will stand between you and a successful outcome of the show.
